Tariffs & Rates:

All tariffs are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) on per room/ suite per night basis unless otherwise specified. These rates are NET and non-commisionable.

The Willets Boutique Hotel reserves the right to adjust the quoted tariffs if there is any change in the VAT percentage, other applicable levies, taxes, or if there is a devaluation on the SA Rand after the publication of this rate sheet.

The Rack Rates provided are for reference only and are not the contracted rates. They are meant for comparison purposes and are subject to change.

The Willets Boutique Hotel Operations

The Hotel shall be excused and shall not be deemed in default for nay failure of performance hereunder, for any reason beyond it’s control. Such a cause shall be deemed to include, without limitation, war, warlike operations, armed aggression, insurrection, riot, fire, explosions, accidents, failure to obtain government approvals, government acts of omissions, regulations or orders, acts of God, acts of public enemy, epidemics, quarantine, restrictions or labour unrest.

Child Policy

Persons 16 years and older are considered adults and will therefore require a separate suite / room at the applicable rate.

Reservations Made

All reservations will be made on a provisional basis, the provisional reservation will be held for a limited time frame. In the event that we require the room for a pending reservation, the provisional reservation will be either confirmed or canceled. PLEASE NOTE: That a reservation is only confirmed once a confirmation notice is received in writing from the agent.

Minimum Stay

Peak Season: Minimum stay of 5 nights

Payment Policy

• FULL PREPAYMENT 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
• All major credit cards are accepted.
  • PLEASE NOTE: In the event of payment made by credit card a transaction fee be levied.
• Foreign payments can be made to our local bank as per below.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Any bank charges are at the cost of the payee.

Cancellations 

100% of total accommodation is due if the cancellation is 30 days or less prior arrival.

The Willets Boutique Hotel will endeavour to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests wherever possible, however in accordance with our continually evolving occupancy levels, this cannot be guaranteed.
