RESERVATIONS MADE

All reservations will be made on a provisional basis, the provisional reservation will be held for a limited time frame. In the event that we require the room for a pending reservation, the provisional reservation will be either confirmed or canceled.

PLEASE NOTE: That a reservation is only confirmed once a confirmation notice is received in writing from the agent.

PAYMENT POLICY

FULL PREPAYMENT 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

CANCELLATIONS

100% of total accommodation is due if the cancellation is 30 days or less prior arrival.
